Tad Dickel (2)

Dr. Tad Dickel is a strategy, leadership, and organizational development consultant who works with a wide variety of organizations. He specializes in strategic planning, group facilitation, innovation processes, organizational assessment, and team building. In addition, he provides training in creative problem solving skills and nonprofit board development. His work maximizes employee and stakeholder commitment to ensure organizational success and growth.
With a career beginning in education, Tad has served as a school president, principal, and teacher. He regularly teaches graduate courses in strategic planning, leadership, school finance, and assessment and evaluation at Creighton University (Omaha, Nebraska) and University of Evansville (Evansville, Indiana). Tad has presented at national, state, and local conferences and meetings about strategic planning, nonprofit board development, and planned giving.
Tad holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University and has expertise in qualitative research methods. He earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, a Certificate in Fundraising Management from The Fund Raising School, a Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute, a Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate from IDEO U, and is a Certified Basadur Simplexity Thinking Facilitator and Trainer.
ANDREA_DICKEL

Andrea Lodato Dickel is an organizational development consultant and facilitator who works with a wide variety of organizations. She specializes in team building, group facilitation, training, and leadership development. In addition, she is a fluent Spanish speaker, writer, and translator.
After serving as a bilingual elementary teacher, Andrea was an elementary school principal for ten years. She regularly teaches undergraduate education courses for the University of Evansville.
Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin and Bachelors’ degrees in Spanish and Elementary Education from Indiana University. She is a Certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Practitioner and a Certified Basadur Simplexity Thinking Facilitator.
